Matrix Aviation is an airline outsourcing company specializing in providing airport guest service functions; e.g., check-in, boarding and arrival assistance, ticketing, lounge attendants.
We are looking for motivated team members who speak one of the Nordic languages (or more) and who enjoy working with the public. In this case, Guests traveling on SAS.
Matrix provides paid training and uniforms.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Part time position as a Customer Service Agent (CSA) at the airport (LAX) working on the SAS account. This can include Guest check-in, boarding assistance and arrival assistance. Prior airport experience is not required. Customer service focus is required.
Shifts are from 1030-1500, daily.
BENEFITS: $18.99 per hour, without health insurance.
$15.74 per hour, with health insurance. (Blue Cross HMO).
Contribution toward airport parking.
Uniform dry-cleaning allowance.
Personal Paid Time Off. For every hour worked, we contribute 4.6% of your hourly wage into your PPTO account, which you can use as you please or carry over for two years, at which time it gets paid out in full.
