Pernilla Håkansdotter Olsson

President

Pernilla Olsson is a senior leader, conflict management specialist, and leadership coach with extensive experience in mediation, workplace investigations, and leadership development. She has worked with major organizations like Saab Scania, Sandvik Coromant, and 3M, helping leaders resolve disputes, foster collaboration, and create harassment-free workplaces. With a Master of Theology from the University of Lund and specialized training in leadership and conflict resolution, she has guided organizations through complex challenges while strengthening team dynamics.

In addition to her corporate work, Pernilla spent over 15 years in leadership roles with the Church of Sweden, including managing international operations. As President of SACC-LA, she brings her expertise in mediation, organizational leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration to support the Swedish-American business community in Los Angeles, fostering strong professional networks and effective leadership.

Chris Bjelkstam is General Manager for Tesla in Los Angeles and a licensed real estate professional specializing in luxury properties on LA’s Westside. With over two decades of experience as a high-level automotive executive—spanning iconic brands like BMW, Fisker, Lucid, and Tesla—Chris has honed a keen eye for precision, luxury, and excellence—qualities that seamlessly translate into the world of high-end real estate. Having launched and scaled new products and services across U.S. and global markets, Chris is known for building high-performing teams and delivering results in fast-paced, premium environments. His work bridges two dynamic industries—automotive and real estate—both driven by lifestyle, design, and elevated client expectations.

Chris holds a degree in International Business from Pepperdine University and a Marketing degree from Berghs School of Communication in Stockholm. He is also a graduate of the Swedish Military Academy in Linköping, where he trained as a Reserve Officer and currently serves as Commander Second-in-Command (2IC) in the Swedish Armed Forces.

Peter Stridh

Treasurer

Mr. Peter Stridh is a senior global executive, board member, and entrepreneur with experience spanning advanced technology, cybersecurity, supply chain innovation, and AI-driven sports performance. He serves on the boards of several innovative technology companies, including ArtiusID, Pod Foods, Nebula Space, and Athene Sports. He previously held senior global leadership roles at Fortune 50 company Ingram Micro, the world’s largest IT distributor, where he served as Global Head of Cloud Strategy and M&A, as well as Head of Global Cloud Delivery and Director of Global Business Transformation across its global operations.

Mr. Stridh is a recipient of the 2021 NASA Entrepreneurship Award. Earlier in his career at IBM, he was part of the leadership team responsible for the end-to-end development of one of IBM’s largest data centers worldwide, and he received the IBM CEO Award for Outstanding Achievement.

He holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Argosy University, an MBA from Henley Business School at the University of Reading, and an MSc in Computer and Systems Sciences from Stockholm University. He divides his time between Orange County, California, and Österlen, Sweden. Outside of work, he is the proud father of four daughters and one son, and enjoys long-distance running, fitness, martial arts, and golf.

Board Member

Keith Berglund, Principal and Founder of The Berglund Group, has practiced law for over 40 years with four top international law firms, focusing on complex international and commercial litigation, media and entertainment, transactional matters, and debt restructuring. He began his career clerking for federal judges in Chicago. Prior to his legal career, he worked with the Royal Danish Consulate in Chicago and as a financial analyst at Evans Products and Northern Trust Company.

Mr. Berglund has represented a wide range of international clients, including major corporations, financial institutions, public figures, and entertainment leaders such as Pope Saint John Paul II, Universal Entertainment, BMG, Sony, Fox Films, GE Capital, and Citibank Industrial Credit. His practice spans Europe, the Pacific Rim, and Latin America. Notable work includes involvement with Business Week’s “Stock of the Year” (United Inns) and major litigation such as the widely covered TLC trial.

He holds a B.S. in Finance from Eastern Illinois University, an MBA in Finance/Accounting, and a J.D. with honors from DePaul University, along with executive certification from Harvard University’s Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports program.

Mr. Berglund is licensed in California, Illinois, Texas, and Georgia. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized by Chambers Group and Super Lawyers (top 5% in California). He is also active in philanthropy and serves as a Trustee for the Natural History Museum / La Brea Tar Pits of Los Angeles County, as well as the Mentor Foundation USA.
